Transforming complex problems into simple, intuitive, and user-centered experiences.
I'm Principal Product Designer with 5+ years designing complex workflows for enterprise B2B SaaS products. I own end-to-end product design - from early concepts through high-fidelity prototypes to shipped UI - partnering closely with Product, Engineering, and Design. I integrate AI tools (Claude, Figma MCP) into my daily design workflow and bring strong design-to-engineering collaboration experience with high ownership and autonomy.
My professional journey began with art and drawing, then evolved into architecture and urban planning, and eventually led me to become a UX/UI designer, combining those foundations with new skills I continue to develop in different environments. Outside of work, sport has played a significant role for over a dozen years. This includes runnin from a few kilometers to ultra distances, triathlon, or simply yoga. I believe there is great value in developing across different areas, and what has given me a lot recently is meeting people through my own podcast when I interviewed psychologists, through designers, researchers, businesspeople, developers, corporate executives.
Led the design of the E&C product end-to-end. Delivered a talk at WaysConf on design systems. Introduced design tokens, grew the component library by 10+ improved and 70+ new components, driving a several-fold increase in design system adoption. Managed the design workstream for a cross-functional team of 10 across multiple countries.
Started a podcast to expand knowledge for myself and others. Within a year I published over 50 episodes on a consistent weekly schedule, covering design, psychology, business, and personal development.
As an architect, my main responsibility was translating visions into blueprints, understanding clients' needs, and often working within tight budget constraints. My portfolio includes collaborations with both small-scale clients and major brands such as Pyszne.pl, BNY Mellon, and Boehringer Ingelheim.

For about 10 years, I was responsible for the entire video and photo production process. I worked primarily with individual clients, creating films and event recaps for weddings and corporate functions.
This course teached me how to confidently use and design AI as a collaborative tool to automate repetitive tasks, accelerate your workflow, and build ethical, user-centered AI products while keeping human leadership at the core of our strategy.
This course teached me how to conduct, analyze, and present quantitative UX research including surveys, early-design tests, analytics, and A/B testing - using a formula-free approach to statistics to back qualitative insights with hard evidence and prove the business ROI of design decisions.
Online course focused on strong foundation on how to incorporate AI into daily routine at work. Courses ended with a project and case study.
Online course focused on LLM models and building AI agents
6 months bootcamp focused on full design process: Research, Ideate, Design, Product, Validation
